TREATMENT APPROACHES

Care is individualized, with modalities often combined and layered to address multiple systems at once. This integrative approach allows for more precise, adaptable care and more meaningful, lasting results.

LABORATORY TESTING

Test, don’t guess!

Understanding the root cause of health concerns often requires a deeper look through laboratory testing. Lab work provides objective insight into how your body is functioning, helping to identify underlying imbalances or pathologies that may be contributing to symptoms. By assessing key markers—such as nutrient status, hormone balance, organ function, and inflammation—results help guide personalized treatment decisions and monitor progress over time. In addition to conventional laboratory tests, select functional medicine testing may be used when clinically appropriate.

CLINICAL NUTRITION

Food as the foundation.

Due to the plethora of information and opinions out there, it is harder than ever for patients to understand how to best nourish their bodies. Food is the body’s source of fuel and is often foundational to improvements in well-being and quality of life. I provide sustainable and individualized nutritional guidance that combats food fear or restrictive diet culture practices.

LIFESTYLE & HABITS

Sleep, stress, social, movement, routines…

Fostering health-forward habits plays a vital role in preventing and reversing disease, as well as improving the effectiveness of other treatments and moving you closer to achieving your health goals. Whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or need help refining your practices, I'm here to provide guidance and support.

TARGETED SUPPLEMENTATION

Precision-based, short-term nutrient support.

Using the right nutrients, at the right dose, for the right reason—rather than long-term or unnecessary stacking, supplements are selected based on individual needs, symptoms, and—when appropriate—lab findings. This approach prioritizes precision, effectiveness, and safety, and is often time-limited as the body regains balance or underlying factors are addressed.

ORTHOMOLECULAR MEDICINE

Therapeutic dosing when clinically indicated.

The use of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other micronutrients at therapeutic doses that are often difficult to achieve through diet alone. When used thoughtfully, specific doses of nutrients can help address a range of health concerns by restoring and maintaining biochemical balance within the body. This approach is used when higher-dose nutrient therapy is clinically appropriate, while targeted supplementation focuses on using the smallest effective dose for a specific need.

BOTANICAL MEDICINE

Herbal medicine used thoughtfully.

Draws on the medicinal properties of herbs, roots, leaves, and other plant parts to support health and prevent illness. Grounded in centuries of traditional healing, botanical medicine is used to support physiological function and address both acute and chronic concerns. Remedies may be prescribed in various forms—including tinctures, teas, capsules, and topical preparations—and are often used alongside nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support the body’s natural capacity for healing.

ACUPUNCTURE

Whole-system regulation and balance.

Acupuncture is practiced through two complementary lenses—Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern biomedical understanding.

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, ultra-thin needles are placed along meridians to support the smooth flow of Qi, helping restore balance, release stagnation, and support the body’s interconnected systems. This approach is often used to support hormonal health and fertility, digestion, sleep, mood, addictions, and overall vitality.

From a Western perspective, acupuncture influences the nervous system, muscles, and connective tissue, helping reduce pain and inflammation, ease tension, and improve mobility. It is commonly used for musculoskeletal concerns, headaches, injury recovery, and chronic pain, while also supporting nervous system regulation and stress resilience.

Most patients benefit from a blended approach, allowing both underlying patterns and physical symptoms to be addressed together.

I also offer ear seeding, a gentle, needle-free form of auricular acupressure. Ear seeds are placed on specific points of the ear to extend the benefits of treatment beyond the clinic.

FACIAL REJUVENATION

A restorative approach to skin vitality.

A non-invasive, gentle approach to skincare using ultra-fine, single-use acupuncture needles carefully placed on the face and body with red light therapy, followed by lymphatic drainage with facial cupping, gua sha, reflexology, and facial fascial massage to release tension in fascia and muscles that pull the skin downward.

Treatments can stimulate collagen production, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, relax facial muscles, and enhance circulation leading to evenly-toned, radiant, healthy skin.
