CLINICAL NUTRITION

Due to the plethora of information and opinions out there, it is harder than ever for patients to understand how to best nourish their bodies. Food is the body’s source of fuel and is often foundational to improvements in well-being and quality of life. It can be rare to find sustainable and individualized nutritional guidance that combats food fear or restrictive diet culture practices. Personalized and targeted dietary support that honors one's mental and physical needs can be key to navigating the path to optimal health.

SUPPLEMENTATION & BOTANICAL MEDICINE

Harnessing supplement, tea, tincture, or topical at therapeutic dosages can help to nudge the body’s biochemistry into harmony to achieve noticeable change over time. These remedies offer support as they can aid in preventing and managing a wide array of health concerns ranging from stress, cognitive function, immune support, digestion, blood sugar management, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and more. Augmenting one’s diet and lifestyle with the necessary herbs and supplements can correct nutritional deficiencies and fill gaps in the diet as a result of dietary restrictions, health conditions, or lifestyle factors.

LIFESTYLE & HABITS

Tailored strategies for stress reduction, sustainable physical activity and movement, as well as fostering habits for improved sleep quality are some methods through which patients can cultivate enjoyable lifestyles to support their goals. By recognizing the impact of our lifestyle and habits on our well-being, we can improve the effectiveness of other treatments and move closer to achieving our health goals.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture can be approached through two complementary lenses—Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western biomedical techniques—and I integrate both in my practice.

From a TCM perspective, ultra-thin needles are placed along meridians that regulate the flow of Qi. Stimulating these points helps restore balance, clear stagnation, and support whole-body healing.

From a Western perspective, acupuncture targets muscles, fascia, and nervous system pathways to reduce pain and inflammation, release tension, and improve mobility—making it especially effective for musculoskeletal concerns like back or neck pain, headaches, joint issues, and injuries.

Most patients benefit from a blended approach, allowing treatment of both underlying patterns and physical symptoms.

I also offer ear seeding, a needle-free form of auricular acupressure. Small seeds are placed on specific ear points to support stress regulation, sleep, digestion, pain relief, cravings, and emotional balance—extending benefits beyond the clinic.

FACIAL REJUVENATION

A non-invasive, gentle approach to skincare using ultra-fine, single-use acupuncture needles carefully placed on the face and body with red light therapy. Followed by lymphatic drainage with facial cupping, gua sha, reflexology, and facial fascial massage to release tension in fascia and muscles that pull the skin down.

Treatments can stimulate collagen production, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, relax facial muscles, and enhance circulation leading to evenly-toned, radiant, healthy skin.

LABWORK

Test, don't guess!

Functional testing is used as a tool to gather objective data about a patient's health. This data helps to identify underlying causes of health concerns, assess the effectiveness of treatments, and monitor progress over time to ensure health concerns are being addressed effectively. By examining various markers of health such as nutrient levels, hormone balance, organ function, and inflammatory markers, tests guide personalized treatment.
